Given for free to a delimited eligible people who sent the Special Postcard (「Permanent Crystals」 Bonus) along the Stamp (taken from the 「THE SUN」 Limited edition OBI) up to March 10th. The main reason behind this strategy was promoting and celebrating BINECKS first major album therefore introducing the members oficially.
The lottery was made between the end of March and starting April. Delivery started on April 6th (mon) but as many people won't receive the DVD till April 13th (mon) an official apologize was published in the official site asking to wait until April 17th (fri).
