「Tribute To SIAM SHADE」 Details to be announced on summer 2010
SME opened the site SSTRIBUTE http://www.sstribute.com/ Take note that this a SONY MUSIC JAPAN official site. It’s been online since June 13th, 2010.
We don’t wanna rise up false expectatives onto this, but by the time being, tha name tells us that many bands would be covering songs in a tribute to SIAM SHADE, besides of awesomeness, this was being awaited for so long now. By the Twitter gossip we’d said that artists like GLAY, and I almost can assure, Luna Sea would be part of this project, still there’s no official info. The release of this possible album/tribute would be on Fall (Japan), that would be from September on.
Taking in mind that tributes are known for their release performances, can we expect that some of the collaborating artists will perform a small live? Still… the doubt is in the air… the band itself might do something?

「THE GUITAR EMISSION D-ISM」

During the first part, DAITA was presenting his advanced guitar skills unsparingly and performed eleven songs including a new one, stirring the excitement among the audience.
There are a number of special projects planned for today, so please enjoy this until the very end.
He said, while during the second part, a great number of guests were gathering on stage. Oshio Kotaro and the BINECKS members showed their individual sessions and from musicians of the same agency like Shindo Haruichi (Porno Graffitti) or TAKE (Skoop On Somebody) video messages were also shown.
When the sworn friends NATCHIN (BIG BITES) and JUN-JI (BULL ZEICHEN 88) could be seen, the excitement on the hall reached its max. Two songs, well known from the SIAM SHADE era – “Virtuoso” and “Triptych” were played instrumentally (N.f.June: Obviously, the journalist had no idea these themes were always instrumentals).
At last together with GLAY’s HISASHI (g.), FLOW’s KOUSHI (vo.), BINECKS’ BOH (ba.) and Yu-ya (dr.) from SID another session was realized. On top of that DAITA talked about his life as a musician and the hall broke out in cheers, as the very vital song “1/3 no Junjou na Kanjou” by SIAM SHADE was presented. With this DAITA had packed his whole history into a single night.
